Lisa Keay, PhD. O.D.

Professor Lisa Keay is a public health and health systems researcher. She has a background in clinical optometry, a PhD and MPH from UNSW Sydney. She is currently Head of School at the School of Optometry and Vision Science, UNSW Sydney and an Honorary Professorial Fellow at The George Institute for Global Health, UNSW Sydney. In addition to the main program in Optometry at UNSW, the School has been teaching a Graduate Diploma in Orientation and Mobility since 2021. Much of her research has focused on ageing and vision impairment.
